I think Elizabeth is masterful at leading a team through the strategic planning process. All voices were included, alignment was achieved, and solid outcomes/plans were created. It felt fresh and fun (no "stuffy corporate planning" vibe at all!) and was a great team-building process, AND I'm amazed at all we accomplished along the way.

Her work has become a touch stone for us as we continue to build our strategy. Not only did she so humbly and respectfully capture the thoughts and experiences of our grantees, she did so in a way that continues to stay with us in our hearts, not just our minds, with fresh and important insights that we center as we do our work. She also facilitated weekly check ins with our team, where she not only led us through updates on the project but also through reflections on the work that we took back and used internally as we continued to develop our strategy internally. These were just as powerful as the final product she delivered.

I cannot express how impactful Raymond Whittaker has been on my professional development. My coach provided insightful advice and guidance when I was trying to make a career shift. After I received a job offer, she also walked me through the negotiation process and roleplayed conversations with me. I felt inspired and more confident after each session.
